- Replacement Rubber Tips fit most 1" Running Pliers and will replace worn out rubber tips. The tips protect the glass from creating "oyster" cracks in the glass when applying pressure. Eventually, the tips begin to break down from glass dust and debris. These tips replace those worn tips and give your Running Pliers new LIFE! Even old pliers will feel like new with these replacment tips.
- Installation is easy! Simply use a hair dryer to heat the old tips up to make removal easy. Then, heat up the new tips with the hair dryer. Once the tips are warm, slowly rock the tips, one side at a time, until the tips are firmly installed on the pliers. Repeat for second tip.
